Education is at the heart of everything we do at Chelsea. We offer our team in-house education as well as AVEDA advanced seminars. Our five-level system is based on each service provider's experience, expertise and continuous education.
Level: Platinum Level 9
Stylist & Educator
Miranda has been a part of Chelsea since February of 2000 and is also our In Salon Educator. She enjoys being a hairstylist to all cultures and genders! Her favorite service to perform is giving each client the 'Aveda' experience.
Level: Platinum Level 8
Sylvia has been a stylist at Chelsea Salon and Spa since 1986. She excels when working with curly or wavy hair as well as hair that can seem challenging. Sylvia enjoys long and short cuts and creating natural looking hair color.
Level: Gold Level 6
Jeanie began working at Chelsea Salon and Spa in 1995. She enjoys women's long layer cuts. She is also great with highlights.
Level: Platinum Level 8
Stacy has been with Chelsea since 2003. She specializes in short haircuts, curly hair, dimensional color, and bridal styles
Level: Platinum Level 7
Liz Joined the Chelsea team in 2010. She loves to create beautiful colors and excels in Blonding services and Long Haircuts.

Cori graduated from the Aveda Institute Tallahassee in September 2019. 'My favorite part about hair is creating the style, color, THE look! I strive to make guests feel and look their absolute best.' Cori also specializes in Formal Hair & Make-up for special events!

Amber graduated from Lively Technical College in 2016 . She has been a part of our Customer Service team since 2010. After spending some time in Hawaii she returned home and re-joined our team as a Stylist. She loves all things hair and making her guests feel beautiful and brand new after every visit!
Esthetician & Nail Tech
Desiree joined the Chelsea Family in 2008 as an assistant while she went to school. Since then she has graduated from Southwest Georgia Tech and joined our Spa Staff in 2014 as a Nail Technician and Esthetician. Desiree enjoys giving facials and a good pedicure massage.
Raegan started her journey at Chelsea in January of 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. In June of 2018 she graduated from Lively Technical Center and is now a Spa Specialist & Makeup Artist at Chelsea. Her passion is Makeup but also really enjoys doing Manicures & Pedicures!
Raegan is our NovaLash Technician.

Jamie has been hairdressing for 30 years and joined the Chelsea Family in 2017. She loves to make every person who sits in her chair feel great about themselves. Jamie is a Master Colorist who loves adding dimension, depth and shine to blondes, red heads, and brunettes. She specializes in Wedding & Formal styles and also enjoys Men's and Children's cuts!

Salon Ambassador
Sobia joined Chelsea Salon & Spa in 2017. She specializes in Women's Hair Services long and short! Loves doing grey coverage and has a true talent for Makeup and Highlighting! Sobia is also our only Technician trained in Facial Threading.

Belinda graduated from the Aveda Institute and joined Chelsea Salon and Spa in 2017. Belinda specializes in Hair Cutting techniques, Dimensional Color and Balayage. She is also certified in Cezanne Smoothing Treatments and loves giving a great styled blow out!

Tavarus Sherrod is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, and a Registered
Mental Health Counselor Intern. Tavarus is also a certified Reiki healer. A Florida native, Tavarus was
born in Tampa and recognized his call to help and serve others at a young age. Tavarus graduated from
Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in social work, then earned a master’s degree from
Bellevue University in mental health counseling.
Tavarus understands the importance of self-care and the impact it can have on the body
physically, emotionally, and mentally. With massage, he specializes in deep tissue, Swedish massage,
Craniosacral Therapy, and can incorporate stretch work based on the needs of the client. He finds great
joy and satisfaction in his work helping clients to improve their quality of life through massage and
relaxation techniques, and he recognizes that trust and a holistic approach are foundational to any
success.

Jaclyn started her career in 2016 and has recently joined the Chelsea family! She specializes in her Highlights, Balayage and Blowouts but is an all around fantastic stylist!
Destiny has been a Wax Specialist since 2020, joining the Chelsea team in 2022. She excels in Brazilians and full body waxing! Aside from being a Wax Specialist she is also a licensed Esthetician and loves providing Facials & Body Treatments. Her service list extends to Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, Dermaplaning & Lash & Brow Tints as well!
I am a licensed massage therapist that graduated from the CORE institute of Somatic Therapy in 2011. My massage style is a blend of relaxation and deep tissue. I am passionate about making my guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their entire massage experience. My favorite thing about massage is having the ability to improve a person’s day by physically relieving aches and pains; no medication, no words necessary. It is the ultimate gratification to turn someone’s mood completely around!

Originally from New York, Tina started her journey as a kid making concoctions out of her mom's groceries to cope with problem skin and hair. In 1984 she became a licensed cosmetologist and progressed her career into Brand and Cosmetology Education. Tina joined our team in 2023 after many years in the Education aspect of her field, improving her own skill set along the way. Tina enjoys all aspects of hair design, but loves color and finding a great style that fits your hair type and lifestyle!
Licensed in 2023, Mackenzie joined the Chelsea team directly after. Although she has had a short time in the professional industry, her creative passion started 10 years ago making others feel beautiful and confident with her nail services among friends and family. In her free time, she likes to spend it with her pets, a good book and a nice cup of tea. She also continues to expand her creative knowledge by painting and sketching with charcoal and graphite.

Shalylynn joined the Chelsea Team in 2022 and is the newest member of our Fresh Talent Program. She enjoys Special Occasion Hair, Blow outs and is excelling in her Highlights!
